Finally got to shoot that 30-30 today, Herb. Thanks for a great deal on a sweet rifle. After a minor altitude adjustment on the back sight, I put 3 shots in a heart-sized area near the bull at about 70 yds. Not bad for open sights. Michael also shot it and bragged how it hardly kicked at all. Nice addition to the rifle family. Thanks for parting with it! Reckon it will stay with us, get some good use, and kill a few deer for a good spell.

You got it! My friend had a grinder and he recently bought a new stuffer, so we'll be making our own sausage again this year. Will save some backstrap/fillet for you too.
