There's a lot of questions that someone would need to ask you before they could give you an honest answer on this question.

But yes, the higher the pitch, the faster the boat will run. But you need to get the right prop for the make of your boat, and the size of the motor. The higher pitch has it advantages and disadvantages. You can gain a few mph with a higher pitch prop, but will lose a lot on your hole shot. So call your dealer and find out what prop they recommend for the best performance in your boat.

Post boat, motor, top speed, rpm's, current prop, whether or not you have a jackplate, if so what is your motor height. That's a pretty small dia. prop, guessing a four blade.
