Hey guys, this doesn't sound to good!

Saturday...Mostly cloudy. Breezy. Highs in the lower 50s. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph.

If you dont like the the the cold and wind, winterize your boat and wait to fish till spring,  then read all the good winter reports from your computer at home ;D ;D.

Glad we'll be on Lake Austin instead of Lake Travis.

All you have to do is find a bend in the river that protects you from the wind.

rmvfishing, MOEDOG, and I cleaned up on a windy day out there. Lots of work for me on the trolling motor but was well worth it..

Don't you mean you and I cleaned up? 8) My Dad skunked it up that day. ;D ;D ;D It was just as windy when I went with AustinAgg, and we managed 20+ that day. Don't let the wind stop you

The wind doesn't stop me....... It makes me go like hell when I wish I could stop. I have tried finding calmer conditions on LA but that valley just seems to channel the wind! I'd love to get out there with you guys but I know the limitations of my ride.

Yeah, I agree JD. TL and LA can be annoying when windy. Theres nowhere to hide. The wind sucks, especially if your in a kayak. ;D
