I have seen a bunch of flat bottom and v-hull jon boats on craiglist in the boats section. You could also try looking through the american statesman classifieds boats section. Just look through craiglist and classifieds and make sure the previous owner has title to boat or else you are in for a hassle with TPWD, unless you plan to use it at private land.
I've been looking on craigslist quite a bit recently, nothing exactly in my price range though. I guess I just need to be patient. Thanks for the tip about the previous owner having a title, I intend to use it at Lady Bird Lake and thats not something that I had thought of.
