Our own SkeeterMark, representing ATX Bassmasters and of course ABF (!), won the BASS Federation Nation North Central Region tournament on Travis yesterday. Mark sacked a 10+ pound limit to take first place honors. Over fifty anglers from around central Texas took place in the competition.

Today FishGod (Dan Taylor) took first place on Buchanan. He had a little over 18 pounds! Way to go Dan.

We are all winners here on the ABF. ;D Seriously though, thanks for the kudos folks. I had a great time at both the FOM on Travis and the NCR tournament on Buch. I feel truly blessed having caught such a nice sack of fish during a tournament today. I already had a solid 15+lb sack but was fortunate enough to cull 4 times in the last 20 min of today's tournament and my adenalin was pumping so hard I literally felt like I was going to be sick so I called it quits 10 min early. ;D

Congrats to you SkeeterMark on your finishes in the BASS federation tournaments. I am thinking that should probably put you in first place for the NCR points standings, no?
