Fished today from 11:30 until 2:00. Not exactly the best time to be on the water, middle of the day, bluebird skys and no wind. I caught 9 in 2.5 hours, but 5 of them were 14"+. The biggest was only 2.5, and the other keepers were all around 15".
I caught all of them on shaded docks in 15-35 feet of water. I hate fishing in 30+ feet, but I hate getting skunked worse. ;D

Come out tomorrow night...a bag of solid keepers like that will almost definitely get you a check, and may even take first.

I plan on fishing some of those this summer, but I spent the weekend at my buddies lake house up by the Island, and left my boat in his slip as I am going back this weekend,, so a bit far from the dam. I will make one in the next few weeks. I know you guys do a great job with those as I have fished a few (unsuccessfully) on Lake Austin. Good Luck!
