Fished Travis this morning from about 6am until about 8:15 when the lightning kicked us off the water. Caught 8 but only 2 kept (barely). Most of them were caught on a chartruese mid range crank bait. A couple of them were caught on a carolina rig. Most fish were in the 15 - 20 foot range on points.

Had plans to hit a lot more spots, but didn't want to wait out the storm on the boat, and I needed to get to work anyway.

Nice way to start the day! Safe and boated a few, that works. I'm hoping the weather allows me out after work for a bit...
