Fished Sandy Creek again this evening on a solo mission... Water 55 degrees and a little dirtier than yesterday. Threw T-rig lizards, power worms and a chatterbait. The fish seemed to be a little deeper today and were scattered a little further from cover. I ended up with 8, the biggest being this 20+ incher that picked up the lizard right before dark.

Nice bass!

Remember that bass actually go shallow during murky conditions....

So, if you see a murky condition, go with a spinner bait or something thing that makes noise!

Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't call it murky... it's more like going from gin clear to green. I threw the chatterbait shallow and didn't do much good with it. Only picked up one on the chatter, and it hit pretty deep on the outside of a little pocket. The only places it was murky was right against the bank where the carp are piling up. Seems like the gar are spawning in there too. I saw lots of gar schooled up and several really big ones...
