I spent a while going over my fishing log the other day. Went way back looking at water temps similar to what we have now. I came across many entries where the small swimbait was successful. It wasn't the Keitech, it was a small swimbait I designed in December, 2008. I couldn't believe it was that long ago. I carved the original out of wax and made a master mold out of plaster of paris. From that I made two five cavity molds with hook slots. I really started catching a lot of fish on those. The years went by and I started fishing other stuff and kinda forgot about them. I made a small batch today in my favorite color which I call Olive Shad. They are 3.25". I fish them on a belly weighted swimbait hook.
