I think its going to be tons of fun, have not fished Coletto in years; looking forward to competition. Let’s get together and plan a barbeque while we are down there at night with chilled beverages since nobodies driving. It's on!!!!!!!!
I'll probably be looking forward to the jack pot on Saturday evening. HA! HA!

They still have campsites available for Fri. and Sat. night and you can call 361-575-6366 to reserve one. (26 dolllars a night) A couple of cabins are left at www.coletocreekcabins.com. (about 80 per night - sleeps about 4 with AC) If you have any questions about the tournament you can pm me and I'll be glad to answer them. Should be alot of good times!!

ummmm :-/ :-/.....It is about 125 miles from Austin to Victoria or about 2 hours, 15 minutes driving time, one way. I might have to continue on down to Matagorda Bay and fish the coast, if I decide to make this long of a run...Just thinking right now...

Never fished this 3100 acre lake before... :-/
Choke Canyon is only 148 miles from Austin and I have never fished this one either. Should try and get a trip to this lake, too...

You are having the tournament the weekend after Memorial weekend, so it should not be too crowded..

Yo Z, sounds like a fun format for sure!  If you haven't noticed, unless it's a 3.5 hour tournament launched from City Park Eric has no interest in fishing it  :p

Also, that weekend is the last weekend to prefish for Champs on Travis so I'll probably be out pretending to practice.

Good luck guys!
