Thought it might have gotten better since the water cooled. That's what I get for thinking. Miserable day. Caught one on a helicopter and about four hours later one on a 4 1/2" roboworm on a slider head. I tried many things. In my opinion I think there's such a thing as too much hydrilla. I'm pretty depressed about my fishing. Fished from 9:15 to 2:45. Water is 66-67º. Launched at Union Grove. On the bright side I saw two bald eagles and found some water where I will definitely fish in the spring. Any ideas or suggestions are always welcome.
