So Endura 36 ... Is this a little older model? The models now are 30, 40, 50 etc and the # is relative to the amount of the thrust. Is that the same thing here 36lb thrust? I am a little bit of a newb with some of the terminology but I am very eager to get my boat in the water. Also what are the stats of the battery? Also want to confirm, all Endura's are transom mount, right?

Yes, I've probably had this battery and motor for ?7-8 years, though I have rarely used it. Battery is an academy, marine cranking battery, holds a charge well, the size of a regular car battery. Endura-yes probably 36 pounds of thrust. It will push a 12 foot John Boat real well.
