Thanks for the report!! Nice to hear some big fish are still biting.
I was out there last night with a buddy from 6-8:30, but we never had any good bites. Caught 12 fish, all except 3 were dinks. We caught all off wood/brushpiles as well. I have noticed that the morning bite has been best, the water temp seems to drop a few degrees overnight.
Pretty sure they had that Weds Night tourn going on, as I saw Ricky Bobby fly by with his lights off at 8:30 (Dark) going about 60 mph//Silver Nitro. A Mensa candidate for sure.

Nice morning. We have had great success down there but have not fished it since the flood. Good to see the fishing coming back. Dont forget about Lake Placid down river. We caught two 8 lbers there last year. I like the make up of those lakes.
