Has he tried bassboatcentral . com ? They have a for sale board in there just for Ranger, and from what I heard it can help to move a boat.
And, unless I am just seeing things, that looks like a
Z22?
Also, just noticed there is no jack plate on that boat, maybe you posted the wrong pic?
Boat are selling, but it takes some time for somebody to scratch out 40K...even though it's a heck of a deal...
