Hello Fellow Bass Fisherman,

Happy New Year! I'm writing to tell everyone about a new bass club that a few of us at Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberty Hill have put together. I couldn't be more excited about the opportunity to help put together a club that is all about Fellowship and fun with some good old fashioned competition mixed in. We are holding our first meeting tomorrow night, 1/6, 7 pm, at Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberty Hill.

Fellowship Bass Club structure includes monthly meetings and tournaments. Membership cost $25. The tournaments will cost $15 per fisherman and will be scored as a team based on weight. Individual standings will be based on points with heaviest stringer per tournament receiving 100 points, 2nd heaviest receiving 99 points, etc. and 5 Points will be awarded for meeting attendance. Awards will be given to the Angler of the Year and Big Bass of the Year. Also, we will have a fish off between the top anglers at the end of the year with awards.

We will hold draw tournaments on even months. The meetings will be the first Tuesday and tournaments will follow the second or third Saturday of the month and we'll vote in lakes the month prior to the tournament with the exception of January.

Come join us Tuesday at 7, It'll be fun and everyone is welcome. We will go out of our way to make sure that anyone who wants to fish will have the opportunity. If you have any other questions feel free to call me. May we all be blessed and share Christ Joy with one another.... This will be awesome!!

Thanks,
Chris Baker 785-5875

Just a little update for those interested in some good ole fun fishing. We had a good first meeting with 14 people joining the club and we have had some others show interest in the days since. Our first tournament is this saturday at Stillhouse Hollow from 7am to 3 pm. We will be weighing in at Union Grove. If your not fishing the TTZ but would like to fish saturday come on out. We will accept new members at the weigh in, we will also allow guest to fish if you just want to check us out. If you do decide to fish please let myself, Mike Crane, Ryan Wood, or Russell Truitt know by 10 pm the night before and we will sign you up.

Thanks and God Bless from Fellowship Bass Club,
