I put in at 7am, trolled across, and anchored up. Fourth cast from anchor yielded a four pounder. I continued to boat fish for the next hour and a half. I left them biting, pulled out and drove down the street to my son's flag football game at Northeast Metro Park. Good pull, son!

Nice Fish! I'll be back in country around August. What is your take on the condition of the lake? How is the hydrilla? I surely hope it doesn't drain like last year

Thanks, cd. IMO, the lake is good. The hydrilla is growing. This morning, the pattern was slow-rolling a lipless over hydrilla in 8 FOW. When the rain quit, so did the bite.
