Hey guys,

I know some of you may be realtors, so I figured to add a note on here.

My wife and I are trying to sell our home. We are pretty close to a deal and, as such, we want to see what we can find. Now, we doubt we can find just the right house, but I will talk about that aspect with any realtors.

For here, if any realtor or someone knows where we can get some land for a good price, here is what I am looking for:

1.5 - 2 acres. Flat but with actual trees, not just scrub trees, some really nice trees.

I need a place I can build a house AND a nice enough boat storage on site. I am tired of storing my boat off-site, and since it is hard to find a house where you can either build a covered parking spot OR have enough room in "A" garage to park a bass boat AND a car... we figured to build from scratch.

If we can find all the stuff we need in a house already built, that would probably be best, but we are okay with land where we can build.

I am looking at somewhere my kids can go to the Leander schools, but we would be happy to look at almost anything that is not over an hour from downtown Austin (we work downtown Austin).

Well, I would not mind living over there.. just not Lago Vista.

I need a place where I can build a custom house (we need to make it wheelchair accessible).

My wife is very much wanting to be in the Leander School District, she says that the schools are very good.

We do not care about lake views or such.. we want peace and quiet and trees.

Its not in Leander Schools, but there is a brand new subdivision going in between Liberty Hill and Georgetown. (It actually has lots in both districts) The website is www.beltorre.com.
