Hi gang,
My dad and I are planning on making a trip out to Tejas park Wednesday morning to do some hunting around for whites. Just wondering if anyone has any recent information on the area and whats been working for folks?
Thanks!
Travis
The hike is further than the bridge (about 1/2 mile past it) and the whites are slow/non existent. Been about 5 times in the past 2 weeks. Only one white, 6 crappie, 1 channel cat and a ton of black bass. The hike is real pretty and the bite is pretty good. Just not if you’re targeting whites.
Thanks all for the info! We ended up hiking down to Box Crossing but didn't feel up to making the hike any further to find any deeper water.
