LBJ fishing

This is a great site; am thinking of going to Lake LBJ this weekend but heard there was a draw down in effect. My son and I are purely bank anglers for now so are there any places you would recommend or best to stay away from LBJ for now?

I would go to Lake Austin there has been some good fish caught off the bank also. Even better rent a canoe on 35 near fiesta.

I second the canoe idea on TL. There was a 7lber caught on TL out of a canoe this past weekend.
