Wife wanted to fish lbj for her B-day, I love that woman. Launched at Robinhood park 9:30 am. Went straight accross the lake, wife caught 1 dink (tr-rattlesnake) I pulled in 2 shorts ( shaky head green punkin chrt.tail). Moved down by powerplant? caught 2 more dinks. Sun was out in full force, it was hot. Moved back accross the lake to Clear cove, clouds rolled in,wind picked up. Started pitching at docks, wife started fishing with baitcaster for the first time & it was bird nest city (that kept her occupied) she ended up throwing her worm accross a dock and it landed onthe other side in the water & wouldnt you know it a bass slamed it, and it broke off. I tied on tr-rattle snake 3.75" trophy hunter & landed a 2.9 & then landed the biggest for the day 5.12 about 21.5" guess I need a longer ruler.Had 2 solid 3#'s? come unravelled at the boat. Rain ran us off the lake at 2;30pm. All in all a pretty good B-day, for my wife that is
