Hit the water around 4:45, wanted to catch some whites for the table.  Since we still had some light left we did some bass fishing.  Todd put one of the healthiest bass I have ever seen out of Travis in the boat, looked to be around 3.5

When it got dark we headed to some lighted docks and immediately started catching whites.  We ended up with 12 keeper whites, 1 keeper striper, and probably 3 times as many short ones.   And as usual was too tired to clean fish at the end of the evening so all were released.    We put in at Tatum and stayed mid lake, whites were caught on grubs and similar baits. Great job...Cooler weather makes white and striped bass fishing better in my opinion. Wait till the water temp gets to mid 50's....Striper/white bass fishing will be even better.
