EA and I hit LT yesterday for about 3 hours. Stayed around Devils Cove area focusing on the main lake. We ended up with about 25 total, with not a keeper in the bunch unless you count half of them being Guad's then half were keepers. All fish were caught on shallow/medium cranks. Anyone want to have a Guad tourney and then have a fry afterwards. 10 fish per boat? JR

Fished Lake Travis on Friday evening and Saturday morning for a few hours. Caught a ton of dinks...In the two short times we fished, I only caught 12 keepers. Nothing over 17"...Topwaters caught the bigger fish, and Grande Baby Rattlesnakes caught the others. Keepers were all LMB. Also got into a school of whites on top water.

Water was clear and 78 degrees. This morning, it nice and cool on the water. No boats out either. Came in to watch the game.

Fished Travis last Thursday and had similar results. Caught 32 on drop shots and jerk baits with only two keepers. Hopefully the big one's are one front away.

Same here. Went out Sunday with Wife and Kids for Cruising, Swimming, and 45 minutes of fishing. Caught 9 in 45 minutes with two that were keepers. 8 LMB and 1 Spot. WMRF Rattlesnake and Firetiger CB. Let the kids reel most of them in which they like to do. Mo'better for them to let Dad find'em and hook'em and they reel'em in.

Short but fun. Limited on time this weekend. Went to LA Saturday for 2-1/2 hrs and caught 5 with one being 6lb on Spook "walking the dog". Nice Blow-up and good fight.
