The big fish were back on beds last week and this week could be another great week of fishing surrounded by 20 pound sacks .  Of course it is Lake Austin so it may completely change and only take a small 12-14 pound limit to take it all.

One thing that hasn't changed is the $25,000.00 Hustler Turf/Mitchell Outdoor/TTZ Lake Record Bonus and the Certified Arbor Care $300.00 11.34 pound bonus.

We'll be at City Park around 5:30, registration and livewell checks start at 6:00 pm.  Please do not launch from City Park as the gates close at 10:00 pm and you will be locked in.

Complete rules can be found here: http://ttz1.com/texas-tournament-zone/ttz-lake-austin-wed-night-tournament/

Special thanks to Rick Smith and Marine Outlet, Legend Boats, Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits, Kinami Baits, Hustler Turf/Mitchell Outdoor and Lee Evans and Certified Arbor Care.  Without our partners the $25,000+ Wed Nighters could not be possible!

Catfish,

You can launch wherever you want. Check in and Weigh in is at City Park ( Emma Long Park ) It is not to far from Quinland.

You would never have to go to 360 Bridge.

Call me with any questions : 917-0201

We will be on the beach around 5:30p - check in at 6:00p - take of at 6:30p - weigh in at 10p

Should be fun...as always!

One of my club members caught a 10lb bass last weekend on Lake Austin. Just goes to tell you, that the big bass bite is still on...

Weather Forecast looks good, too.
This Afternoon: A chance of sprinkles before 2pm, then a slight chance of showers after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 85. South southeast wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tonight: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Cloudy, with a low around 69. South southeast wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Regarding Quilian Ramp to City Park, only 6 miles by water. Not far at all...See map below!

Man, the fish we on the chew today. Lot's of toads were caught!!!

The results will be up later tonight on TTZ1.COM.

Eric

PS. Congrats to HHJ catching his personal best fish tonight at 10.13 LBS. However, he did not enter the tournament or that fish would have been worth $125.00 alone. Still awesome, cannot wait to see the pics. Congrats Charlie !!!!!

Had Charlie been in the T, he would have had some competition for big bass.

Clint Foster from Academy weighed two giants, 10.13 ( in hundredths )
and one over 8.

There was another one just under 10 pounds that came in too. Not sure one the math but on our scale, HHJ's fish would have come in at about 10. 80 something. Just shy of winning the extra $300.00 bonus.

If you were not fishing LA tonight, you missed out.

Eric

Ps. That spot looks familiar!! ;D

Congrats to Clint for those nice TOADS!!!!!

Also congrats to the first place winners. I will let Eric give details on ttz1.com

Also thanks to Eric and Andy for another good time on Lake Austin.

JJAM and I started fishing south, with a few dinks in the boat with chrome/blue rattletraps. And yes, I also caught two nice white bass. Those guys seem to follow me around.

Moved mid-lake and I missed a fish on topwater, and several missed hookups on worms. Joe caught a nice 4.52lb LMB for the only one we weighed in. We had several opportunities to boat fish, but never got to see them...

Cannot wait till next time...

Nice to have finally meet some of you I talk to on ABF.

Congrats Clint and Jordan!! Wow, we really missed out last night. We had two boats on LT, for a little showdown and it was terrible. 8 pounds won the faceoff. Terribly windy on LT and the short bites were aplenty. Looks like we should have hopped down.
