Hit LA Friday evening, boat traffic was maxed out, pretty much couldn't run faster than 35mph without taking major waves.  Water temp was 75 to 64 depending on how far upstream you went.  We made the usual milk run, put 4 keeps in the boat but nothing of any size and all on light TX rigged Senkos.  I have never seen the current like that past the bluffs....we ran up to the low water crossing just to enjoy the ride, it was like a river you would see in CO with the current, eddies, etc...water was up at least 2 feet.

Hit Stillhouse this afternoon after 5 and had a blast.  Can't say I found any schooling fish, maybe because of the waves/wind and the fact we stayed up river.  However, picked a few deep bluffs and picked up 6 solid 3lbers.  Brother capped if off with a 5.4, probably his PB.  Didn't change our tackle, just kept throwing the light TX rig senko and the H20 deep diving crankbait in shad pattern.

Good luck and hope it helps!

I didn't see any grass, but I know little to nothing about that lake, so that doesn't mean much.....but word of caution, there is still a lot of "floaters' up river with the recent influx of water. Just be careful!
