[FISHING KING]

since i only had about 2 hours to fish, i decided to fish lake austin by land. very windey and slow. not even a bit on worms. tried everything from wacky worms to top waters to swimbaits, but nothing. i guess that's why its called fishing and not catching ;D

Fished LA from 7:00 until 3:00 today. Wind seemed to be in certain spots on the lake it was blowing pretty good up by the dam and white caps to 2 ½ feet right below the bridge. Managed to catch three bass two keepers early around the reeds. Then headed up lake fished boat docks up to low water crossing. One small white bass took a crank bait. Headed back down the lake and caught one near the submerged rocks in the grass. Three keepers for the day all caught on watermelon red rattlesnakes.
