Fished with Willie last night from 6:30-9:30pm. Launched at 360 and it was muggy and hot, no wind until after the sun went down. We fished north of 360 to City Park area along the bluffs with TR, WW and SB. Caught 8 fish total, mostly dinks but I did manage one that was 6.4lbs. Had fun as that was my first time fishing LA after dark.

BTW -love the Mastodon. I saw them last year SXSW when they had a free show at Auditorium Shores. Some of the best money I never spent. ;D

Nice fish! I've been doing pretty bad on LA. I'll stick to LT, I've figured that place out.

I just don't put in enough time on LA I guess.

Nice fish Don! I'm so addicted to LA now that I got to fish it 3 times in 8 days. That really gave me a chance to see it in many different conditions (6am, 6pm, 9pm). I can't wait to get back out there...I know LA is going to hold my next PB...just need to somehow find the time. You sure are fishing a lot so soon after having a new baby...what's your secret?! ???

My wife is the shiznit. ;D She knows how much I enjoy the sport and it's not like I'm out partying all night. If I'm not at work or at home...chances are I'm on the water.
