Hit LA this morning from 7:45am to 1pm. Met my daughters at Quinlan and took them down for lunch at HH. In my 26 years of living off and on in Austin, I have never been to the HH before. I will be back soon.

As for the fishing. LA was good. I had 5 fish. One that went 4-9 and the othe 5-1. A couple solid 2.5's. All fish caught on T-rig. One of the bigger one's was in 8ft the other 2-3 ft Water temp 61 deg. 58 up by Quinlan. Water very stained. Had one hooked up by fat farm, felt like a good fish, but never saw it before it came un hooked. I one handed a photo below. This is the 4-9

Saw EA on my way home as mentioned. We had a couple coldies, while RMV had some water. ;D

Left at 6pm to take the daughters to Ped. river. Stayed until 11:30pm. We only had 10 fish, all small crappie and whites. The girls had a good time. All fish came on minnows. I was hoping to get enough size and fish for a small fry. This was my older one's first time fishing in 10 years.

May hit of LT and brave the crowd for a couple hours this pm. THey both want to fish some more. However, we may be wave riding instead....

Nice looking toad. But i think I enjoy seeing the smiles on your girls faces more. I t is awsome to take kids fishing. I enjoy my son catching a fish more than myself catching one if that makes sense. Glad you had a good day. A few cold ones to boot. Icing on the cake.
