Hit LA again today. Boated 22 from 9am to 3pm. All little fish, but CHUBBY!! Needless to say a lot of fun! Never saw another boat.

Without giving away secrets, care to share a bit more info? I can safely say I've never come close to that many on Austin in 1 day.

I've never come close to catching this many on Austin either, but last week I went out for a few shorter trips and caught 7 or so each time on the same pattern. The fish were all pretty shallow, 7 feet or less. Plastics in natural colors, trigged and wacky. Nothing on a crank, jig, or fast movning bait. A lot of dead sticking and I'm sure being in the kayak helped me be a little more stealthy. Nothing on a bluff. Here's a few pics from a couple days ago..
