That's a neat little product. When I bought my boat the dealer connected the hour meter to the ignition switch. I bought Mercury Vessel View last year and when it first connected I saw that the engine had 50 less hours that the hour meter showed. So in 12 years the key was left on for 50 hours. I know the grandkids did it once, probably me the other times :)

Seems to work pretty well in this location, I used to have a kitchen timer type deal now I don't have to worry about this!
