Had some free time this afternoon and hit Inks for a few hours. The LCRA started refilling the lake on Wednesday and it was about 3 feet below full. Fishing was slow and I only had two bites. Landed just one fish – a fat 19.5” on a Bomber Flat A. The park attendant said the boat ramp will be open on Sunday the 13th when the lake is full.
