Home sales are not looking to good right now. I got tired of dropping the price on my home that I took it off the market a couple of days ago. I was looking at losing about 15 grand. I could not bare it so decided to keep it. If you can hold on to it. But then again all it takes is the right buyer.

We lost 10% on our home in P- ville last October. But when upgrading you save more money than you loose. Good luck, it is interesting times.

The cools thing, is the boat is now in my garage. And that was worth the loss on the P-ville house.

Pulled off the Owner Financing deal with the lady down the street's best friend. Sold it for what we owed on it, she paid closing w/ large down payment applied to principal loan amount.

She pays mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc for 5 years; then refinances in her name and it's outta our hands.

Have to be creative in today's market.
