Decided to hit Bastrop on Good Friday. I finally went out and got some Senkos and decided that would be what I would mainly fish. I'd never fished them before and after reading all the post decided it was time. But just in case that didn't work I decided to work the trusty SB to put a couple in the boat. Managed to get a few, all fat females, One right at 20', a big fat girl that I pulled right outta her bed. She inhaled a big lizard. All fish were photoed and them released. 1 on the SB, 2 on the TR Senko and 1 on a TR Lizzard.

Look like some fun fish....and calm water -I'm guessing you beat the wind or found a sheltered area? Fished Fayette on Friday - the wind turned on right at 10am.

I managed to find a little cove outta the wind that was holding some fish in clear water. Had to make long casts and sight fish some. It payed off.
