Very good day on the water. I was worried with all the blue skies....
Caught 5 over the slot on topwater. Biggest large mouth was 21" and just weighed 2.2 lbs! It was the skinniest fish I've ever seen. I don't know if it had worms or what.
Also caught a 17" smallmouth. It was the biggest blowup on a topwater I've ever seen. I would like to catch some more of those.
Fished from 6:00-9:00 on the topwater then spent a couple hours looking for whites. Didn't have much luck on the whites.
