Met a buddy from College Station at Fayette County today and it was on.  We launched at 8:30 am and by 9:30 we were pretty dialed in.  C-rig Senkos in WR would catch all of the 12-14" fish you could stand.  The bigger fish, including a six and three fours all came on a 1oz football jig with a Paca Craw trailer.  Points with rocks and grass were key.  No rocks - no fish.  All in all we landed 25-30 fish between 8:30 and 3:00 pm.  Water looks great and was 82 degrees.  Very little boat traffic.

That's good to hear because I'll be out there tomorrow. I'll be sure to take a few pics. The bite should only get better as the water temps cool down. I hope we are able to target a few 5 and 6 lb. fish ourselves. Even though I'm not to crazy about going for the early morning bite when the moon is like it is right now, I'm going any ways.
