Headed out of Oak Thicket this morning at 7 and found fish out on the main lake points in 10 FOW throwing a CR. 71 water temp north, 80 at the discharge. Ended up with 22 fish up to 19". The fish were spitting up shad. Good morning until the wind picked up around 9. Didn't feel like fighting the wind on the main lake so we headed to the trees across from PP picked up another fish there. Noticed others catching fish there also. Got off the lake around 10:30 and headed to Orsaks for a cheese burger, fries, and some blueberry cobler topped with Blue Bell Home Made Vanilla Ice Cream! Couldn't ask for a better morning than that!

When you leave Oak Thicket Park, turn right go into Fayetteville, Texas. It is on the Town Square.

Yes, that was the first time I ate at Orsaks and I will go back. They make a big old fashion burger and its good. I usually stop at Klumps in Round Top on my way back to Brenham and they make a good burger too!
