On day 2, My brother Jason and I were heading back to weigh-in when the boat shut off and it would not start back up.
With app. 10 minutes to weigh-in, we were stranded near the "island" with no other boats in sight.
About that time we saw a Nitro running full speed toward us.
We tried waving them down and to our amazement they stopped.
They offered to haul me and our fish to the weigh-in while my brother stayed with his boat
As I was in the process of transferring our fish to their boat, ours started.
Both boats made it to weigh-in on time.
Prior to this event we had never met the other boaters, and are grateful they stopped and attempted to help us.
