Anyone know if any of the usual Fall tournaments on Travis will happen this year--ATX or River City? I know the 100 Club moved theirs to LBJ, but was hoping for a tournament or 2 on Travis. Launching off of Tournament Point or other beach locations seems to be an option, but maybe not at this low of a level.

ATX is still in discussions to see what we can do. Feedback from you guys helps. I think it is getting pretty difficult to launch off the shore in many places that it used to be ok. Let us know what yall want and we'll do our best!

Well...lets see here. You got LBJ, plenty of access to the lake, close to Austin and area anglers, good fishing if your tournament will be in mid to late October.

Go North and you have Stillhouse and Belton, plenty of access to the lake...a bit further for Austin and area anglers, good fishing, less pleasure boater traffic.

I don't fish any of the other Cen-Tex lakes so my vote is always for Travis...assuming we can get in the water. Even though we really enjoy the 100 Club Tournament, we don't plan to travel to LBJ, don't know the lake and don't have the time to put in pre-fish.
Also makes sense to utilize other area lakes that have easier access if guys will travel and lots will...
Sounds like you need to have a poll to see what kind of participation you would get.
Ever thought about an "over/under" tournament on Fayette. Used to fish the La Grange Tourny years ago and had a lot of fun.
