Glad I read Longhorn's post and Jeremy's comments first. I decided to got to Decker after hearing about the low water and lower boat traffic. Got to the ramps at about 7:15am. There were 5 other kayakers launching and one boat giving up. Breezy, water stained. Followed 2 of the yakkers straight across from the ramp to the reeds on the other side. Lot's of ducks and what seemed to be some fish breaking the surface. Started throwing the frog against the reeds with no luck. Tried T-rig, fluke and a small and large ned rig, with no luck. Weeds everywhere. Finally threw the frog in a reed pocket in the back of a cove and it got bumped. Slowed my retrieve but the fish did not come back. Picked up my fluke rod and threw it in the pocket and bang fun fish. No more action one either lure. Got into the next cove and 2nd throw of the senko another fun fish. In the last cove found an isolated weed bed caught another fun fish with a ned rig. Tough morning. Off at 11:15am.
