Here I am again, asking for last minute advice, the night before I plan on going fishing.

I've lurked a little and saw that there was some luck with stripes and whites, but all trolling from boats.
Has anyone had any recent luck in the hydrilla and reeds near the launch ramp?
Is the fishing pier any use? The hydrilla grows almost out of the water there.
Anyone have any luck on cats using stinkbait? I'll try some topwaters near the reeds, but the other forums make it seem like trolling is the only way for right now to hook some bass.

I plan to have stinkbait and topwaters mostly, with some hotdogs thrown in, so I can catch some bluegill to fry.
Any info on the viability of the ramp and the pier would be greatly appreciated (and maybe some tips on what to chunk in the water).

I have had luck there at the boat ramp. There is a pipe there that will sometimes pump water out of. I have seen other people catch bass there and out in front of the ramp. I did well last weekend with a spinner with a thin flip tail worm trailer, really good day.
