Got up this morning and decided to give Decker a try. Got on the water at 10 and in the first 30 minutes had 5 fish between 13.5 and 16.5". All were caught on Flukes on the intake side fishing the edge of the reeds. Fished the same pattern for another hour without a bite. Headed over to the discharge, lots of baitfish activity and caught 3 more with the biggest 17". Tried one more spot on the way in and picked up another, off the water at 1:30. All in all a good day with water temps ranging from 52-55. By myself,, took one pic with one hand,, but here it is anyway.

Just my luck. Should have gotten to the lake earlier than I did. Fished from about 12:15 to 4:30. Caught 4 fish, first two came within about 20 mins of getting there, the other two had to scratch for. Three were caught on TR rattlesnakes and the other on a spinnerbait. Still nice to catch a few as it has been a couple of weeks since I've been able to get out fishing.
