Went to Decker around noon and headed straight for the discharge, as they were generating yesterday afternoon until 1:30. We caught 3 slot bass on cranks while fishing the discharge. Hit a few reeds and cranked the dam with only 1 bite to show for it. Went to the intake to catch shad - only managed 2 and a dozen perch. Drifted by Fishin_Magician with two quick bites on the shad and no bites on the perch. Started trolling hell-pet and a DD22 and caught one small hybrid on the hell-pet after 10 minutes of trolling. Didn't even know I had him on until we pulled in the lines to head in.

CK, glad to hear you got out and caught some fish yesterday. Cold weather is coming...should be good fishing.

Yeah, sounds like a typical day out on Decker as of late. I'll be out there Sat. before the big front on Sun.
