decker 1-13-11

for what its worth? i went out to decker this after noon for a quik look at something and had my yak with me so i spent (6pm-6:30pm) 30 minutes by the dam throwin' a wtmln/red flk yamamoto shad cut in the reeds. managed 1 bass, 2lb 1oz, real healthy lookin' fish, but sloooow acting! i didnt feel the take, just felt tension while reeling up before setting the hook. water was real cold, air temp was even colder...
