Just want to say thanks to Bobo (Shane) for running this deal. Him and a few other guys really want to make this great and I think they are on a good roll. The T is very well run.
If there are some of you guys that don't fish the regular TTZ T's this is nice change of pace, usually a smaller T and everybody will share what worked for them that night.

The lake fished pretty good for us last night for not being on it in over a year. We didn't have a lot of bites but the ones we did where perfect under fish. Seems like the bite really turns on about an hour before dark and lasts for 30 minutes or so. If you are down don't get discouraged, it's really like somebody flipping a switch. We had one fish in the bucket at 7:30 and picked up 3 more in 20 minutes.

Again, well run T and encourage anybody that wants a change of pace to fish it.

The Big Bass Pot rolled over so it should be close to $185 or so, however I did hear that somebody had a 20 1/2 caught last night, so it's anybody's game!

Win or lose I had a fun time last night and it was good to catch up with you again Shane.  I know several of y'all fish, or have fished, our weekly Ts and wanted to return the support. Congrats to TJ and Kyle on second...if I remember correctly they collected most of my Decker money from 2007!

Terry and I wanted to beat the traffic and perhaps get to the lake a little earlier to do some scouting.  Sure enough we got to the ramp around 4 and thought about dropping in to go find some grass.  But after 5 seconds of contemplating we figured loitering around a boat full of cold beverages was a better option.  

We caught all our fish on senkos and topwater frogs around cattails with submerged grass in 2-5';  had to have the shallow grass near by or we didn't get bit.  

Like Dub stated it was well run and a nice change of pace.  These guys are all about having fun and I encourage anyone on the fence to come out and see for yourself. With our Tues and Wed night tournaments it may be difficult for me to make it out a third night of the week, but I will try my best to come back out and hopefully drag a few more boats next time.

Maybe you guys should create a tournament flyer to help attract more teams.  I'd suggest using the billboard that reads "ATM ICE CHICKEN" in front of the gas station just up the road!

Perhaps we should define "poser", is it...

If you wear a fishing jersey splashed with decals, but have no actual sponsorship or affiliation, you might be a poser.

If you have a $30,000+ bass boat, but only fish small local tourneys for milk money, you might be a poser.

If you holler "Son!" when you set the hook, you might be a poser.

If you run out and buy fishing lures immediately after seeing them work on television, you might be a poser.

I'm guilty of the last two,  haha.   I propose that there is a bit of poser in all of us.
