Just received a text from FishGod stating the following:

ATX Bassmasters WON the State Federation Top 6 Tournament on Lake Belton!

Damn good job guys and way to represent!!!!!

Way to go guys. Congrats. Awesome job Adam for making it close at the top as well. You had a great tournament and big bass first day too.

Belton once again kicked my arse. Time to start spending more time on that lake. :-[

Thanks guys, we really came in this thing wanting to do well and low and behold we won. We were just hoping to get in the top 6 for the tourney and fished our way to the top. Being down 15 pounds going into the last day a winning was a big surprise to all of us.

Thanks to all for the congratulatory comments on the ATX Top 6 Team winning the State Federation Top 6 Tournament on Lake Belton. This victory was truly a demonstration of teamwork. Each and every individual on the ATX Top 6 team contributed to this victory that resulted in overcoming a 15 pound deficit on the last day. A tremendous feat and testament to focus and dedication. I am very proud of being part of the ATX BASSMASTERS Federation Nation Top 6 State Champion Team and a member of ATX BASSMASTERS club in Austin, Texas.
