Mastercraft Boat Company (Thu, 22 Apr 2010 12:00:00 GMT) Mastercraft Boat Company, LLC has determined that there may be insufficient clearance between the deck inspection plate and the fuel pump vent hose on 2010 Maristar 225 model boats and 2010 X-25 model boats manufactured between November 2009 and early April 2010. Due to the fact that the fuel pump is mounted in close proximity to the deck inspection plate covering the access to the fuel pump, it is conceivable that the deck inspection plate may cause unusual wear on the fuel pump vent hose that is located underneath the deck inspection plate.

Cummins Mercruiser Diesel (Thu, 14 May 2009 12:00:00 GMT) Approximately 496 Zeus 3500 and Zeus 3800 propulsion systems with serial numbers between 35216516 and 46988020 are defective due to improperly heat-treated clamp ring bolts. These bolts may fail, and in extreme cases could result in a loss of watertight integrity to the hull. This is considered unlikely due to engineered redundance and the fact there are 20 bolts on each flange. Owners of boats with potentially affected Zeus propulsion systems should contact their dealers for further information and instructions regarding corrective action. Further information is available from the manufacturer at 1-866-549-6458
