ABF,
I have been fishing out of my Emotion Stealth Angler Kayak for about 6 months. It's a great kayak, but to be honest I don't think I can get into the yak fishing. HUGE props to those that do, I just don't think it's for me.

So, I have been doing some looking around and I've found some Jon boats I can throw in the back of my truck. I plan on fishing by myself mostly, occasionally with the ol' lady or a buddy. Obviously, anything I throw in the back of my truck will not be sturdy enough to stand in. I just need some more comfort and ability to move! Also, most of the Jon's I've looked at come with a troller motor. Either way, I'd put one on. Perfect, as I am about to live 2 minutes from my favorite slip on TL (LBL for the transplants
)
Jon Boat tips/advice/experience would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I am currently saving up for a big boy boat, but I'd really like to have something to help the time pass.
Thanks ahead of time!
