Weather 80-102 degrees wind from the s-sw at about 15 then 5 mph
Location Fished mainly the Leon river from the 36 bridge back to Cedar Ridge boat ramp.
Lures; Brush hogs, senkos, and crankbaits
Fished with my dad from 6 to 2:30 on Tuesday. We started past the bridge, looking as the lake is down approximately 8 feet or so. Fished crankbaits early looking for schooling action and ended up catching 5 on a firetiger dd6 crankbait. As the morning progressed we fished brushogs on T rig and senkos on C rig. Boated about 8 more on these and ended the day with one smallmouth about 3.5 lbs. Most of the fish were Belton Bullets around a pound to a pound and a half. All and all a good day to be on the water with my dad. We were both on a short vacation. A few cold ones to keep us cool and fish to keep us interested. Good Luck Skeeterdale
