Fished Bastrop this morning and caught a few of these:

and a few about this size:

and then caught this one @ 6.67lbs

Good looking fish. I haven't been on Bastrop since the ABF tourney/fish fry, I need to get back out there. Nice 6lber, the biggest I've managed out of Bastrop are in the 5's. Any kind of numbers or just a few here and there?

Robert, u busted me. That was trip last august - hence the light clothing and green trees in the background. live bait used was rattlesnakes. dangerous, yet effective. not a big numbers day blueskeeter.

I'll have to get back out there. Hey.......did most of that "gunk" disappear from Bastrop yet? It was awful last time I fished Bastrop in Oct. Nice fish!!
