Basdrop:
launched at the north ramp at 6am the water temp was 95.4 degrees. bass were not schooling early, it was a slow morning in till they started schooling. we found some fish at the end of the dam where the water intake is, it was running and cought 20 or more fish by it on shaky head worms, drop shots and, 7 inch berkely power worms. Big fish was around 4 1/2 lbs.

Lake lbj:
launched at 6:30 am at robin hood park, it was a calm morning started catching fish on rattle snakes 4.5 inched watermelon red/ watermelon candy around docks in 6-9 feet. fishing got slow between ten to 1pm then started hitting points with shaky head worms, most fish cought on docks located around points and docks on the main lake in 8-12 feet with no moss under them. cought 31 fish with 6 nice fish.

Dang! I've fished LBJ a bunch and never caught 30. Were these all LMB?
Once we boated 24, I think with a partner.

Congrats on two great days and being able to put up with the party-ers on LBJ. I'll be back over there after school starts again.

yes sir they were all large mouth cought a few small mouth, brown bass, and spotted bass. it was my best day on lbj yet it started slow but it picked up about 2 pm. i cought 12 fish off of one dock no kidding all on a shaky head. but there was not many boaters out there we lucked out for once!
