Hit LA Wednesday 8-20. Had a good little trip from 6:45 till 8:30. Started down with flukes and caught plenty of smaller bass up to 2.5lbs off docks and then headed up hoping for a big bite. Found a couple good spots including one holding this fatty weighing in at 9-03 on the light-weighing xtools. 
Strong fish. Hooked a 3.5lber on the next cast that jumped around like a lady fish. Awesome. 19+ lbs best 5. 8)
